The mask design is so cool - did you imagine the main facial piece to be feathery or something more hard and solid?
i imagine the mask is probably pretty hard/smooth. maybe a bit raised where the white bits are, like scales or teeth?
Ahh I figured that'd be the alternative! It'd be a really cool thing to create in real life I think
